DETAILS
 
We are writing to inform you of some important changes that will need to take place.

Critical hardware upgrades will be required to be undertaken to our network as existing hardware will be needing some changes.

There will be no changes to services however works on core network infrastructure will require a window for outage to rebuild the service on the Network. This will affect services in the following villages:
 
Newling Gardens Retirement Village
 
A delay can occur at times and can be more than the advised outage time due to rebuild delays by upstream carriers, mainly the National Broadband Network (NBN) for which we have no control.
 
These works are scheduled to occur on Tuesday 8th November through to Thursday 10th November.
 
During this time subscribers will experience an interruption of service for approximately 1 hour in duration.
 
Services should restore to normal on their own however if you experience an interruption exceeding 3 hours please turn your Simple Home Gateway device off and after a moment back on. If services still do not restore to normal 3 minutes after this please contact our technical support team for further assistance on 1300 130 185.
