DETAILS
 
From time to time we require to complete maintenance works to the equipment in the network that services your region.
 
Frontier Networks would like to inform Simple service subscribers that planned maintenance is scheduled to occur which will affect services in the following villages:
 
The Laurels Estate
 
This maintenance is scheduled to occur on Monday 15th Feb 2016 from 5am onward, with all works to be completed by 6am local time.
 
During this time subscribers will experience a single interruption of service less than 10 minutes in duration.
 
Services should restore to normal on their own however if you experience an interruption exceeding 10 minutes please turn your Simple Home Gateway device off and after a moment back on. If services still do not restore to normal 3 minutes after this please contact our technical support team for further assistance on 1300 130 185.
 
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
